Every year, Yokohama City holds a “Town Development Seminar Utilizing History” with the aim of making citizens aware of the historical landscape and the appeal of historical buildings.
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the opening of the railway, and on this occasion, the city development of Yokohama, the history of railways, and examples of town development that makes use of the memories of railways, while referring to valuable stories at that time and examples from other cities, Think about Yokohama's town development that makes use of memories.
