[Press Release] Yokohama International Port Construction Project Former Kami Seya Communication Facility District Land Readjustment Project has been decided!

Yokohama City will eliminate the mixture of state-owned land and private land in the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility Area, consolidate land for agricultural promotion and urban land use, and develop urban infrastructure such as agricultural infrastructure and roads that will be needed in the future. For the purpose of promoting the development in an integrated manner, we have been coordinating with the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility Town Development Council, which is made up of landowners.
Since the outline of the design has been approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, based on the provisions of Article 55, Item 9 of the Land Readjustment Act, a business plan was decided on October 5, 2022, and land readjustment project I will proceed.
