About holding of examination subcommittee such as the first city planning master plan revision

At the 163rd Yokohama City Planning Council held on June 22, 2022 (Wednesday), a subcommittee was launched to discuss the basic concepts of "Revision of the City Planning Master Plan", "Revision of the Development and Development of City Planning Areas and conservation's policies" and "Review of the Eighth Lined City".
Therefore, we hold examination subcommittee such as the first city planning master plan revision as follows.

　July 14, 2022 (Thursday) 1:00 p.m.

　Multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the City Counsil Capitol in Yokohama (Web conference format)
　6-50-10, Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi
3 Outline of the agenda
　Review of the current plan
　Basic Concept of Revision, etc.
4. Disclosure and non-disclosure of meetings
　The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers
　10 people (on-site hearing)
6 How to apply for hearing
(１) On-site hearing
　On the day, applications will be accepted at the entrance of the venue from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　If the number of observers exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
(２) Web hearing
　We accept in Yokohama-shi electronic application system until 5:00 pm on July 13, 2022 (Wednesday).

7 About coverage
　We will prepare a press seat separately from the local auditorium, so please come directly to the venue on the day and call at the reception at the venue entrance.
　In addition, photography in the venue is until the beginning of the meeting (about 5 minutes).
