About holding of examination subcommittee such as the first city planning master plan revision

"Revision of the City Planning Master Plan", "Maintenance and Development of Urban Planning Areas and conservation's policies, etc. consulted at the 163rd Yokohama City Planning Council held on June 22, 2022 (Wednesday), a sub-committee has been set up and will proceed with the examination.
Therefore, we hold examination subcommittees such as the first city planning master plan revision as follows.

1 Date and time
　Start at 1:00 p.m. on July 14, 2022 (Thursday)
2 Venues
　Multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the Yokohama City Counsil Capitol Building

　The meeting will be open to the public.
5 Capacity of observers
　10 people (on-site hearing)
6 Application method for hearing
(１) On-site hearing
　On the day, applications will be accepted at the venue entrance from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the end of the reception.
　If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
(２) Web hearing
　Until 5:00 pm on July 13, 2022 (Wednesday), the Yokohama City Electronic Application System will be accepted.

7 About coverage
　A press seat will be prepared separately from the local auditorium, so please come to the venue directly on the day and call at the reception at the venue entrance.
