We will publish a summary of the results of a sounding survey for open recruitment of developers in the Minato Mirai 21 district 60 and 61 remaining blocks.

In February 2015, the area including the 60, 61, and 62 blocks of the Minato Mirai 21 district, in February 2015, "City development centered on tourism and entertainment" was established as a way of town planning. We are recruiting developers and town planning is being promoted.
We have conducted a dialogue (sounding survey) with private business operators in order to organize conditions for the recruitment of developers in the 60/61 block. We have received opinions and suggestions from multiple companies, and we will publish a summary of the results.
