The Yokohama Central Water Transport Executive Committee will hold an approach "Yokohama Canal Challenge" to let many people know the charm of ports, rivers, and the surrounding towns.

This year marks the eleventh year, and the first spring event will be held in spring. The Spring Flower Bridge, where visitors can enjoy cherry-blossom viewing on the water in the row of cherry trees on the Okagawa River, Flower Ship, a flower ship decorated with flowers, and the Yatobashi Bridge Flower Bridge, which displays the Yatobashi Bridge connecting Motomachi and Chinatown. Related events include "Hana Bloom Rally" where you can experience the charm of Yokohama by connecting the local resources of the town with the theme of flowers and experience the charm of Yokohama, and "Garden Necklace Yokohama 2023" where you can enjoy colorful blooming flowers along with the scenery of the port that symbolizes Yokohama. Including such efforts, we will enliven the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition "GREEN x EXPO 2027".
