Based on the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance on the Protection of Personal Information (Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6 of February 2005), the Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (Chairman Toshinori Nakamura) believes that it is appropriate for The Mayor of Yokohama to take corrective action in response to requests for correction regarding the handling of personal information.
