We have created an easy-to-understand manual video that summarizes the points for effective use of anti-crime program patrols in areas conducted by voluntary anti-crime program organizations such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. Checkpoints for security patrols and how to deal with suspicious individual are found.
