The Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Review Board (Chairman Shizuo Fujiwara) today submitted the following report, and in the decision to disclose personal information made by City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat, it is not appropriate that a part of the retained personal information pertaining to the requester was excluded from the request.
