The World Triathlon Series Yokohama Tournament, which was held in 2009 as a 150th anniversary project of the opening of the port, has been held 10 times so far. With the cancellation of the 2020 Games, the 2021 Games will be positioned as the start of a new stage for the next 10 years, and will implement thorough safety measures in line with the "Management of the Games in a New Lifestyle".
By promoting the sports culture of triathlon and paratriathlon that we have built up in Yokohama, both domestically and internationally, we will lead to the 2021 Games and the future beyond.
