We will conduct trial operation of "Yokohama AI Chatbot"

　In order to improve citizen services, Yokohama City is developing a chatbot (Yokohama City AI Chatbot) that can be contacted 24 hours a day as a means of inquiry other than telephone regarding municipal administration in general.
　Test operation will be conducted in order for citizens to use the service in advance, let AI learn the usage status, and make it easier to use chatbots.
　We hope that many people will use it during the test operation period.
