Due to the impact of COVID-19, the activities of NPOs operating children's cafeterias and community cafes have been suspended, making it difficult for many NPOs in the city to work.
In addition, in response to a voice from an NPO saying, "I do not know what to consult where to consult," the Yokohama City Citizens' Collaboration Promotion Center opened a "Temporary Consultation Service for NPO corporations" and "Portal Site for NPO corporations."
