30th anniversary of Yokohama Port and Hamburg Port sister port tie-up-Inspection of land power supply facilities of cruise terminal and exchanged opinions!

Yokohama Port and Hamburg have celebrated its 30th anniversary this year since the establishment of a sister port in 1992. Until now, we have deepened exchanges with the Port of Hamburg through joint seminars and dispatching mutual staff, and have built a friendly relationship between the two ports.
On Tuesday, May 31, in Hamburg, Germany, we met with Hamburg, Chief Executive Officer of Hamburg Port Authority, and sent a video message from Mayor City of Yokohama, Port and Harbor Bureau to exchange views on sustainable port management for decarbonization, a common issue for both ports.
On Monday, May 30, we visited a cruise terminal at a cruise terminal in Altonaer, Hamburg, Port of Hamburg.
