[Press Release] Municipal Subway & Municipal Bus Ride Manner Poster Contest

　From the viewpoint of enlightenment of traffic manners and promotion of public transport use, we will carry out municipal subway & municipal bus ride manner poster contest for elementary school students again this year.
　Among the submitted works, the winning works will be posted on the train or on the station premises as a riding manner poster.

From Thursday, August 1, 2016 to Monday, August 26

1st to 6th graders

① Let's follow the manners of the car!
② Don't be dangerous or annoying at stations, bus stops, or inside the car!
③ Let's have seats and elevators!
④ Others (Riding manners other than the above are also possible!)

⑤ Where should I go by municipal subway! A comfortable vehicle that is environmentally friendly and does not know traffic jams. Let's have fun going out♪
⑥ Where should we go by municipal bus! An important vehicle for everyone to deliver a smile. Let's ride and protect, for the future.

Oh, please receive drawing paper (A3 size) and application form at station office of municipal subway.
　　(You can prepare your own drawing paper (A3 size specified))
　　The application form will be distributed during the following period.
　　[Saturday, July 20, 2018-Tuesday, August 20]

I have you draw picture on drawing paper sideways, and bring work to station office of municipal subway.
　※As a souvenir, all applicants will receive "Blue Line Bansoko".

Winning works will be determined by the following judges.

Chairman of Yokohama City Elementary School Art and Design Study Group, Chief Supervisor of Board of Education
Managing Director of the City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau Cooperation Association
General Manager of Transportation Bureau High Speed Railroad Division, General Manager of Transportation Bureau Automobile Division, General Manager of Urban Transportation Division, Urban Development Bureau

The Mayor of Yokohama Award, City Counsil Chairman's Award, Transportation Bureau Director's Award, Urban Development Bureau Director's Award, Cooperation Association President's Award, station manager's Award, etc.

It will be announced on the press release and on the City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau Cooperation Association website in early October 2019.
Winners will be notified separately.

We carry out in municipal subway center south station concourse (Sunday, November 3, 2019).

Oh, we post poster of prize-winning work in municipal subway, municipal bus or station yard.
　　Exhibition period: 2 weeks (planned) from December of the 2nd year to January of the 2nd year.

B. Entries will be exhibited at the designated station of the municipal subway or at the Yokohama Tram Preservation Museum.
　　Exhibition period: From November to December (planned)
　　※In the case of a large number of applicants, it may not be possible to exhibit all works.
