[Press Release] About accident investigation committee pertaining to municipal subway blue line derailment accident

　On June 6, 2019, an accident occurred at the Municipal Subway Blue Line where a train from Shonandai Station to Azamino Station departed from Shimo-Iida Station and derailed.
　The cause of the accident is currently under investigation by the Transportation Safety Committee, but the authorities have established the Accident Investigation Committee in Transportation Bureau to analyze the cause of the accident and to consider measures to prevent recurrence in light of the accident.
　The first committee meeting will be held as follows.

　※In addition, two experts from the Railway Technical Research Institute will participate as advisors.
