At around 8:35 am today, at the Municipal Subway Blue Line, after getting off the customer, a train from Azamino Station to Odoriba Station entered the drop-in line for turning operation, crossed the original stop position, I came into contact with the front wall.
The rapid train service will be canceled all day today, but regular trains are operated on all lines.

1 Date and time of occurrence
 Thursday, August 29, 2019 around 8:35 am
 Municipal Subway Blue Line Odoriba Station (1-2-1 Nakata Minami, Izumi-ku)

2 The train
 Azamino Station departs at 7:34 am (down) bound for Odoriba Station 701b train (6-car train)

3 Outbreak status
 8:35 After the customer gets off at Odoriba Station, the upbound main line is to return at Odoriba Station.
 While moving to a track called a drop-in line between the down main line, the original stoppage was stopped.
 Beyond the position, it came into contact with the wall in front, damaging the body.

4 Causes
 The train driver reported that he fell asleep when entering the service line.
 In the future, we will investigate the detailed causes.
