Condominiums sold by Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation in 1968 have been rebuilt as Promirais Yokohamai Tsuchigaya following a resolution on rebuilding and establishment of a rebuilding association based on the Act on Smoothing Rebuilding of Condominiums. This rebuilding business is the first business utilizing the Yokohama City Condominium Rebuilding Promotion Project.
