The condominium sold by Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation in 1968 was completed under the Law Concerning the Facilitation of Condominium Rebuilding, etc., was completed as Promilize Yoko Hamai Tsuchigaya. This rebuilding business is the first business that utilizes the Yokohama City Condominium Rebuilding Promotion Project.
