In the area around Tokaichiba-cho, Midori Ward, we are promoting community development by utilizing the municipal land in Tokaichiba Hill Town (Tokaichiba Center Districts 20, 21 and 22) in order to introduce the vitality of the private sector and solve local issues including the surrounding residential areas.
This time, Sotetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and ITOCHU Urban Development Co., Ltd., have compiled a project implementation plan for the 22nd block. In the future, with the aim of completing the construction in March 2023, the study of Kaihatsu Kohji and the promotion system for area management will begin in earnest.
