While Motoichi and UR city system (incorporated administrative agency Urban Renaissance Agency) collaborate toward realization of SDGs city of the future as promotion district of "sustainable residential area promotion project" in around Yokoudai, Isogo-ku district, we perform approaches such as multi-generation interchange or community activation.
Following Yokodai center open space of August, 2018, "meeting place OPEN RING of housing complex" was reopened as new base of Hiromitsu Taipei housing complex area. To this renewal, repair of outdoor open space and house ridge facade adjacent to meeting place and function expansion of community cafe were performed.
