About recruitment of Yokohama-shi city planning council citizen committee

Yokohama City Planning Council ※In, we raise two citizen committee members to perform broader discussion based on opinion from viewpoint of citizen's all of you.

1 Application conditions
　Those who fall under all of the following items
　(1) Those who live in Yokohama City
　(2) Those who are 20 years old or older as of April 1, 2020
　(3) Those who have been involved in "town development*"
　(4) In principle, those who can attend all councils (the council is held five times a year during the daytime on weekdays)
　(5) Person who does not have experience of Yokohama-shi city planning council committee so far

2 Number of applicants
　2 people
3 Term of office
　2 years from the date of appointment ※The appointment date is scheduled to be around November 2020.
4 How to apply
　Application form ※Please fill in Address, name, background involved in town development, reason for application, or matters of interest in the city planning of Yokohama, and mail it to the secretariat via electronic application or by bringing it to the secretariat. (No fax or e-mail not allowed) (must arrive at 5:15 p.m. on the last day of reception in Hours except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
