We hold the 155th Yokohama-shi city planning council as follows.

　　　Multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the City Counsil Capitol in Yokohama (web conference format)

　　　The meeting will be open to the public.
　5 Capacity of observers
　　　10 people
　6 How to apply for hearing
　　　On the day, applications will be accepted at the entrance of the venue from 0:00 pm to 0:30 pm
　　　You will receive a numbered ticket at the reception and wait until the reception ends.
　　　If the number of observers exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception, a lottery will be conducted.
　　　If the capacity is less than the capacity, you can observe it on a first-come, first-served basis.
　7 Press seats
　　　A press seat will be prepared separately from the auditorium, so please come directly to the venue on the day and call at the reception at the venue entrance.
