(4) In the past three years (FY2021 to FY2023), you must have a record of handling a donation amount of 300 million yen or more in a single group year in similar and related businesses that have concluded a contract with a local government.
(5) Must have obtained the "Privacy Mark" certification of the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association or the international standard "ISO27001".
