The conditions for participation must be met in (1).

Eligible applicants shall meet all of the following requirements:

• Register the location classification registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in "city" and company scale in "small and medium enterprises".
• Listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List in Reiwa 5/6, and registered the detailed business "B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" in the first place thing.
• In the past five years (after FY2019), there must be a track record of outsourcing work including workshops for about 20 people
• Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
• Not be an adult guardian, custodian, assisted person or a minor.
• Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) and a person who has made a decision to commence.
• Have not been suspended from bank transactions.
• A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those who have been determined by Yokohama City that there is no risk of falling into inability to fulfillment.)
• During the period from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee, not receiving suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension".

In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6).

Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for a proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00 five days after excluding the city hall closing day, starting from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to person who requested explanation within five days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day when the above document was received.
