In addition, document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm five days after excluding the city hall closing day, starting from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within five days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
