Those who can propose to this proposal shall satisfy the following conditions (1) and do not meet the restrictions of (2).
１. Qualifications, etc.
　Eligible persons must meet all of the following requirements:

• At the time of submitting the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)”, it will be registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List of Reiwa 5/6, and the business type "Other consignment" or "Advertisement" Person who has registration.
• Those who have a track record of media approaches related to city promotion in the past.
• From the submission of the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” to the identification of the contract candidate, suspension according to the provisions of the “Yokohama City Nomination Suspension (established on April 1, 2004)” Those who have not received the measures.
• A person who can perform the work until the expiration of the performance period.
• Those who have not been suspended from bank transactions.
• Person who does not have relationship with gangs prescribed in Yokohama-shi gang exclusion regulations Article 2.
• Person who does not correspond to Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
• A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004).
• A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those whose decision has been made, and the city has recognized that there is no risk of falling into immorable.)
• Those who do not have the primary purpose of religious or political activities.

２. Restrictions on Application
　Those who fall under any of the following items may not be able to apply or participate as co-proposer.

• Relatives within the third degree of the evaluation committee.
• A person who belongs to a for-profit organization in which relatives within the third degree of the evaluation committee are presides, officers, or advisors.
