　A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal shall meet all of the following conditions.
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who is allowed to register in all of the details of the following items in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the application is being filed at the time of submission of the application form and the registration is completed by the date on which the candidate is identified.

(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from December 20, 2024 to a specific date for the contract candidate.
(4) A person who has one of the following business contracts for the past five years (from FY2019 to FY2023).
A. WEB marketing and consulting services
B. Operation of EC sites (however, limited to corporations with annual sales of 2 billion yen or more) or portal site operation of local governments with a donation acceptance amount of 2 billion yen or more per year due to hometown tax payment
C. Operation of search-linked advertising

The proposal will be reviewed in two stages. In the primary screening, about 5 proposers who will be subject to the secondary screening will be selected based on the document screening based on the proposal. In the second screening, interviews will be conducted and the person who made the best proposal will be selected as candidates.

Of those who have submitted the proposal, those who have passed the primary examination will be issued a primary examination result notification, and those who have not specified will be issued a result notification.
