Participation conditions shall be those who meet all of the following conditions.

Register the event "event planning and operation", detailed "A Event Planning" and "B Event Management, etc." in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List of qualified persons in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List of Reiwa Moto 2nd year.
2 Location division must be "city" or "quasi-city".
3 Must be certified by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission prescribed in Article 4 of the Security Business Law.
4. All of the following performance results have been achieved since FY2015. A separate contract may be acceptable for (1) and (2).

If a bid participant has a question in the design documents, etc., and requests an answer, call the Civic Affairs Bureau Olympic and Paralympic Promotion Division by 15:00 (must arrive) on Friday, March 19, 2021. Please contact us and submit by e-mail. In addition, after the bidding, it is not possible to file an objection to the design documents, etc. because of ignorance or unknown.

After qualification screening the “Application Form for Participation Designated Competitive Bidding Participation Intention Application Form”, a “Public Recruitment Type Designated Competitive Bidding Nomination Notice” will be sent by e-mail on Monday, March 29, 2021. ※If you are not eligible, you will receive a notice of non-designated notification.

About 1 bid
(1) If there is no presentation of the “Public Recruitment Type Designated Competitive Bidding Nomination Notice” on the day of bidding, you may not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you. In addition, please be careful about the handling as "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" cannot be reissued.
(2) In the bid form, please indicate the amount (excluding tax) equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract desired price.
(3) As for the bidding method, the bid participant posts the "bid book" directly at the time of bidding. If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, the second bid will be made on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
(4) According to the provisions of Article 167-2, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance, if there is no successful bidder in the second bid, negotiate with the company that presented the minimum price and agree within the planned price Make a free contract.
(5) If you do not wish to bid, please submit a "bid decline notice".

2 Others
This contract is subject to suspension that the Yokohama City Accounting Budget for FY2021 will be passed in Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2021.
