Participation conditions shall be those who meet all of the following conditions.

1 Register the event "Event planning and operation, etc.", detailed "A event planning" and "B event management, etc." in the list of qualified persons participating in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year.
2 Location divisions must be "city" or "quasi-city".
3 Must be certified by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission as provided for in Article 4 of the Security Business Act.

After screening the “Application Form for Intention to Participation in Public Offering Type Designated Competitive Bidding”, the “Public Offering Type Designated Competitive Bidding Nomination Notice” was sent by e-mail on Monday, March 29, 2021. ※If you are not eligible, you will receive a non-nomination notice.

About 1 bid
(1) If there is no presentation of the "Public Offer Type Designated Competitive Bid Nomination Notice" on the day of the bidding, you may not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you. (2) In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract price (excluding tax).
