１．About bid
（１） If there is no presentation of the "Public Offer Type Designated Competitive Bid Nomination Notice" on the day of the bidding, you may not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you. In addition, please be careful about the handling as "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" cannot be reissued.
（２） In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract price (excluding tax).
（３） As for the bidding method, bid participants mail the "bid book" directly at the time of bidding. If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, we will make a second bid on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
（４） According to the provisions of Article 167-2, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order, when there is no successful bidder in the second bid, negotiate with the supplier who presented the lowest price and agree within the planned price Will be negotiated.
