　A company registered in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) and satisfies all of the following conditions 1 to 4.
　However, when participating in a joint proposal, all proposers must satisfy 4. In addition, all proposers shall satisfy all of the following 1 and 2, and those who fall under 1 shall satisfy 3. Businesses that do not fall under any of 1 and 2 cannot participate. In addition, the co-proposal person cannot make a proposal alone or apply for multiple joint proposals.
①A person who is recognized as a business event "event planning and operation" and who has registered in all of the details "A Event Planning" and "B Event Management, etc."
②A person who is recognized as a business type "security" and who is registered as a detailed "A Human Security"
③Since 2015, events must have been performed for two consecutive days with 1,200 or more participants a day.
④Person whose location classification is "city"
