Bringing or mailing

１．About bid
　（１） If there is no presentation of the “Public Recruitment Type Designated Competitive Bidding Nomination Notice” on the day of bidding, you may not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you. 　（２） In the bid form, please indicate the amount (excluding tax) equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract desired price.
　（３） As for the bidding method, the bid participant posts the "bid book" directly at the time of bidding. If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, the second bid will be made on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
　（４） According to the provisions of Article 167-2, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance, when there is no successful bidder in the second bid, negotiate with the supplier who presented the lowest price, and if an agreement is reached within the planned price We will make a free contract.

２．Others
・With the enforcement of the revised Civil Code on April 1, Reiwa (2020), this contract shall apply the newly enforced Motoichi contract terms and conditions.
・This agreement is subject to suspension of the fiscal 2020 Yokohama City Accounting Budget to be passed in Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020.
