(1)Those who have registered in "320: Various Survey Planning" or "345: Consignment of Office work and duties" in the Reiwa Moto / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.)
(2)A person who has a track record of operating the My Number Card issuing window, or a person who has performed the reception / examination business by more than 100 staff members at government offices.
