Those who are registered in the general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of 2019 and 2 and meet all of the following participation conditions.

1.　Being a company that has registered the event "Worker Dispatch".
2.　A company that has registered a detailed D translation / E-interpretation for the event "Other Business".
3.　Since FY2015, there must be a track record of dispatching workers to communication and coordination work with a public sports organization based in English-speaking countries (the contract period at the time of submission of the application for participation, Including those who have performed at least one month of performance and have been confirmed on a monthly basis for the fulfillment).
4.　It is possible to dispatch workers with the experience in 3 above.
※"English speaking" refers to "countries / regions where English is specified in the official language or language, or the language mainly spoken by the people living there is English".
※"Public sports organization" refers to "organizations related to the national, local governments and equivalent organizations, and whose main purpose is to conduct business for the promotion of sports."
