Either of the following conditions (1) or (2) shall be satisfied at the time of submission of the application form (Form 1), and it has been confirmed that you are eligible to participate.
（1） Qualification of applicants
Those who are eligible for application shall fall under all of the following items.

B) Those whose location classification is "city".
C) Those that have been approved for registration in the event "323: Advertising". Or, those that have been approved for registration in "109: Printing Planning and Design".
D) Those that have been approved for registration in the event "322: Movie / Video Production".
(E) Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
F. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, for the period from the submission deadline of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the trustee.
(2)Qualifications to apply for joint proposals
When making a joint proposal by multiple businesses, all of the following items shall be applicable.
A. The number of members must be two.
(A) All co-proposers must fall under the preceding items a, i, o, and c.
(C) The joint proposer shall be a configuration that includes the businesses corresponding to the preceding item c and d. In addition, it is not necessary for one person to meet all of the conditions.
D. Be sure to determine the secretary and seal the representative company seal, and submit the “Application Form for Participation (Form 1)” specified in this guideline, with the secretary's representative company seal. In that case, the seal of the secretary shall be the same as the one used at the time of the contract. In addition, submit the “Application Form for Participation (Joint Proposal)” (Form 2), with the name of the representative of the co-proposer other than the secretary, and seal the respective representative seal stamped.
We submit o "consortium agreement and power of attorney (for bid participation)" (competitive bidding handling summary twelfth style about Yokohama-shi article, trust).
It is not possible to apply for multiple joint proposals. In addition, a person who makes a joint proposal cannot make a proposal alone.
