A person who satisfies all of the following conditions
(1) Name of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List of Qualified Persons in the Second Year of Reiwa Moto, the event "Event Planning and Operation", and detailed "A Event Planning"
　And "B Event Management" must be registered.
(2) Location classification must be "city" or "quasi-city".
(3) Being certified by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission prescribed in Article 4 of the Security Business Law.
(4) All of the following performance results have been achieved since FY2014. In addition, a separate contract may be acceptable.
　A. Installation, maintenance and management of video equipment and communication equipment lines
　Formulation of operation manuals for events, etc.
