Utilization business examination committee such as Yokohama citizen funds is affiliated organization of the mayor established based on Yokohama-shi affiliated organization setting regulations.
Considering the implementation policy and selection of specific projects stipulated in the PFI Law, confirmation of the progress of specific projects after the conclusion of the contract, proposals by private businesses, etc. In order to ensure transparency and fairness at each stage from the introduction to the end of the PFI project, such as examination and selection of excellent proposers, we will conduct professional and objective investigations and deliberations.

Private proposal window (co-creation front) based on the PFI Law
Following the revision of the PFI Law, the “Guidelines on PFI Project Implementation Process” (revised in June 2013, Cabinet Office) showed specific procedures for the “Private Proposal System”.
In Yokohama City, consultations and proposals based on the PFI Law will be accepted at the "Co-creation Front".
In addition, in accordance with the intent indicated in the guidelines, we will accept consultations and proposals here for any proposals that are not based on the PFI Law.
