Honmoku citizen pool is finally reopened! -It will be a more attractive and enjoyable facility, and it will restart ~ (Honichi Press Release Page)

　Since Yokohama City has concluded a business contract for the “Honmaki Citizen Pool Redevelopment Project”, Article 15 of the “Law Concerning the Promotion of Maintenance of Public Facilities by Utilizing Private Funds” (Act No. 117 of 1999) Based on the provisions of paragraph 3, we will announce the contents of the business contract as follows.

　In Yokohama City, Honmoku citizen pool redevelopment is being implemented in the PFI project. On July 21, 2020, a bid notification was made by the comprehensive evaluation general competitive bidding method, and on November 20, one group submitted a bid and a proposal.
　The Yokohama Citizens' Fund Utilization Business Review Committee, which is made up of outside experts, examined the proposals, and the Mabuchi Construction Group selected by the committee was decided today as the winning bidder.

We will change the schedule of the bidding procedure.

With question answer, we announce as we performed some corrections such as bid manuals.

In response to the question, we have partially revised the required standard, so we will publish a revised version.

Regarding this project, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation general competitive bidding again.
Therefore, we publish bid notice in Yokohama-shi bulletin procurement notice version (July 21) and announce documents necessary for bid participation including bid manual, successful bidder decision standard.

About open call for participants of PFI company of Honmoku citizen pool redevelopment business, we announced bid on July 16 and confirmed bid participation qualification of group which submitted bid participation qualification confirmation application on September 24 However, all groups with bid participation qualification have submitted a bid decline notification by November 21.
In the future, we will consider how to respond to re-bidding.

We announce design drawing after Honmoku citizen pool (existing facility) dismantling.
※This is a design drawing at the present time, and may change in the future depending on site conditions.

As we received question answer (the first) about bid manuals and revised bid manuals slightly, we announce revised version.
Please refer to the “Change Comparison Table for Bid Manuals” published on September 6, 2019 for the revised parts.

In addition, we revise a part of bid manuals with question answer and announce additional document.

※The revised version of the tender manual will be announced at a later date.

　In Yokohama-shi, we announced conduct policy about carrying out redevelopment of Honmoku citizen pool as PFI business on March 1, 2019 and selected specific business on June 7, 2019 .
　We publish bid notice in Yokohama-shi bulletin procurement public notice version (July 16) to perform general evaluation general competitive bidding and announce documents necessary for bid participation including bid manual, successful bidder decision standard .
