Health and Social Welfare Bureau Designated Administrator System
With the enforcement of the revised Local Autonomy Law in September 2003, a designated manager system was introduced for the management and operation of "public facilities".
In the past, it is now possible to entrust the management and operation of facilities, whose contractors were limited to public organizations, etc., to a wide range of organizations, including private businesses.
