With the establishment of the designated manager system, the management and operation of public facilities, which were previously limited to public organizations, public organizations, local government organizations, etc.

What is the designated manager system?
Difference from the management outsourcing system
There are mainly the following differences from the management consignment system before the designated manager system was established.

In accordance with the purpose of the "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information", it is necessary to create "Information Disclosure Rules" in accordance with the "Standard Rules for Disclosure of Information of Designated Managers" and respond appropriately.

The designated manager must comply with the obligations stipulated by the Act as a "personal information handling business operator" stipulated in the "Personal Information Protection Law". In order to respond appropriately to requests for disclosure of retained personal data under the Act, it is necessary to create "Standard Rules for Disclosure of retained personal data held by designated managers" in accordance with "Standard Rules for Requesting Disclosure of Personal Data Held by Designated Administrators".
