What kind of facility is a welfare and health activity base?
Welfare and health activity bases are voluntary welfare activities, health activities, etc. of citizens so that all citizens can support each other on a daily basis and realize a community where they can continue to live independently and safely where they are accustomed to living. We provide places for training, consultation, and support volunteers.
There is one welfare and health activity base in each ward. The facility has a group exchange room, a face-to-face reading room / editing room, a recording room, a Braille production room, and a multipurpose training room, which can be used as a place for activities for local volunteer groups.
