Financing target

Small business person (*)
And those who fall under any of the following

  1. Those who visualize the current greenhouse gas emissions
  2. Those who have switched to a renewable energy power plan using the Kanagawa Renewable Energy Power Usage Support Project

※ Small businesses are those who have less than 20 employees (5 or less in the wholesale, retail, and service industries).
   However, among the services industry, the accommodation and entertainment industries are 20 or less.

A fixed interest rate or variable interest rate shall be selected.

  1. Fixed interest rate
    • Within 1.2% within one year

    • 5 years to less than 10 years 1.9%
    • 10 to 15 years or less within 2.0%
  2. Variable interest rate
    • Short-term prime rate + 0.4%

  2. private seal certificate (* 2 and 3) of the applicant (individual / corporate) and joint guarantor (* 1)
  3. Tax payment certificate (* 2) or copy of receipt (Yokohama municipal tax with delivery date)
  4. Copy of financial statements (final income tax return) (in principle, for the last two years)
  5. A corporation obtained through a certificate of all history items (commercial register copy) or a registration information provision service (* 2, 3)
  6. In the case of a licensing business, a copy of the license certificate
  7. Capital funds are copies of quotes, layouts, catalogs, etc.
  8. Promotion Fund / Small Business Special Fund (Decarbonization Discount) Qualification Declaration Form (Form 1-(1) (word: 49KB), Form 1-(1) (PDF: 236KB)) (* 4)
  9. A copy of the document showing the results of calculating greenhouse gas emissions (* 5) or a copy of the Kanagawa Renewable Energy Electricity User Certificate (* 6) issued by Kanagawa Prefecture

  • Although the method of calculating greenhouse gas emissions is not limited, the calculation tools and diagnostic services provided by the handling financial institution or by public institutions, and the results of the calculation are based on the tools used for calculation. Use the format determined by
  • Those within three months from the date of calculation
  • Scope 1 refers to "direct emissions from the use of fuel, etc." and Scope 2 refers to "indirect emissions associated with the use of electricity, gas, etc. supplied by other companies."

※6 Certificates must be within three years including the year to which the certification date belongs.

  • ①Small and medium-sized enterprises consult and apply for loans to the nearest financial institution.
  • ②After reviewing the loan, the financial institution requests a guarantee from the Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association.
  • ③The Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association will determine the guarantee after examination of the guarantee.
  • ④Financial institutions provide loans.

※In using the Yokohama Small and Medium Enterprise Loan System, there is a screening by financial institutions and the Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association.
