Interest replenishment of loans for affected companies in Typhoon No. 15 and 19 in 2019

　　Yokohama-shi medium and small-sized business financing system "Typhoon No. 15 measures special fund (safety net guarantee) to plan continuation of business of city medium and small-sized business damaged by typhoon 15 or 19 in 2019, Of the companies that use "direct damage" to business assets in the city (Including No. 4 type) or "Typhoon 19 measures special fund" (both new acceptance has been completed).

　This system is a system in which Yokohama City subsidizes (interest replenishment) the interest once paid by small and medium-sized enterprises to financial institutions. The application to Yokohama City is made by a financial institution on behalf of the first application, if small and medium-sized enterprises can submit a "certificate of damage / disaster book" etc. to the financial institution that received the loan only at the time of the first application is required.

　 As a general rule, there is no need for procedures for small and medium-sized enterprises after the first application.
　 However, in the following cases, the prescribed procedure is required.

　If there is a change in the contents of the submitted redemption schedule due to partial advance repayment, a change in conditions, interest rate reduction, etc. of the subsidized funds
Be sure to resubmit a copy of the revised redemption schedule to Yokohama City through a financial institution at the next application.
　However, if the redemption schedule has been lost and cannot be reissued at the financial institution, request the financial institution to prepare the following documents.
Please submit to Yokohama City through a financial institution as an alternative to the redemption schedule.

　This subsidy is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the effects of Typhoons Nos. 15 and 19 in 2019 to recover and rebuild.
Those who have gone out of business are not eligible for the grant. If you have any of the following items, please contact the Economic Affairs Bureau Finance Section at 045-671-2592.

• Those who are scheduled to close business or are closed
• Those who have filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings, civil rehabilitation proceedings, commencement of corporate rehabilitation proceedings, or special liquidation
• Those who have been disclosed to the financial institution that conducts clearing at the clearing house will cause the suspension of financial transactions at the clearing house at the clearing house.
• Those who have started private arrangement at a creditor meeting
• Those who have requested subrogation payment from the Yokohama City Credit Guarantee Association or who have made subrogation repayment
• If a representative dies in a private business or a person who has become a corporation
• Those whose corporate status has disappeared due to individualization, merger, etc.
