The Central Wholesale Market Honjo Fisheries Building, a distribution base connecting the production area and the dining table, has been reborn.
In order to respond to changes in the distribution environment, such as increasing awareness of food safety and security among consumers, we will respond to changes in the distribution environment.
Function enhancement to temperature management type facilities and started operation in April 2016.
