Enhancement of authentic functions

The Central Wholesale Market Home Fisheries Building, which is a distribution base connecting the production area and the dining table, has been reborn.
In order to respond to changes in the distribution environment, such as increased consumer awareness of food safety and security.
Functions have been enhanced to temperature-controlled facilities and started operation in April 2016.
It is also introduced on page 5 of the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market Brochure.
