In addition, the newly formulated or revised standards and handling in the "Development Permit System", "Regulations Law for Residential Land Development", and "Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Projects" will be reflected at the time of the guide revision.
<About open call for opinions on proposals>
From October 1, 2009, among the standards and handling, those that fall under the “Rules, etc.” prescribed in Article 2, Item 9 of the Public Opinion Procedure Implementation Guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc. In accordance with the rules, we will solicit opinions before the revision of the system. Information on the implementation status of public opinion solicitation will be posted in the latest information.
