<About open call for opinions of the proposal>
From October 1, 2009, of the standards and handling, those that fall under the “rules, etc.” prescribed in Article 2, Item 9 of the Public Opinion Procedures Implementation Guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Regulations, etc., are the provisions of the same outline. In accordance with this, we will solicit opinions before the system reform. The implementation status of public opinion solicitation will be posted in the latest information.
