Partial Revisions to the Development Permit Standards (2021.4.1)

(1) We publish in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act", "standard about open space to offer for public use", "standard of permission of location about law Article 34" and "standard about permission of location about law Article 34" We revised standard about "the standard about second-class specific structure as follows based on purpose of law.
(2) About "standard about cliff surface by stable calculation", "standard about protection of cliff surface by stable calculation", "standard about protection of cliff surfaces" and "handling of recycled crushed stone used for permeable layers of retaining walls" published in "guide of residential land development" Based on the current operation situation, the following has been revised in order to further improve safety and disaster prevention.
(3)About "explanation to inhabitants" which we publish in "guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revised as follows based on purpose of the regulations and social situation.

In revising this standard, we conducted public opinion solicitations from December 14, 2020 to January 15, 2021, based on the Guidelines for Public Opinion Procedures pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations.
