Partial revision of development permission standards, etc. (2021.4.1)

(1) "Standards for Release of Building Restrictions", "Standards for Open Space for Public Use", "Standards for Permission for Locations Related to Article 34 of the Act" and "Standards for Cancellation of Building Restrictions, etc." The standards for Class 2 Specific Work have been revised as follows based on the purpose of the law.
(2) Regarding "Standards pertaining to cut cliffs by stable calculation", "Standards pertaining to protection of cliffs, etc." and "Handling of recycled crushed stones used for permeable layers of retaining walls" , Based on the current operation status, it has been revised as follows in order to further improve safety and disaster prevention.
(3)About "explanation to inhabitants" published in "guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revised as follows based on purpose of the regulations and social situation.

In revising this standard, public opinion solicitation has been conducted from December 14, 2020 to January 15, 2021, based on the outline of the public opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc.
