　About "standard about open space to offer for public use" published in "guide of development permission by City Planning Act" technical standard edition and "Yokohama-shi development examination committee suggestion standard" published in location standard edition, 2023 Will be revised as follows on April 1, 2023.
　At the same time, the Residential Land Development Regulation Law was revised, and the Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Evestment Regulation Law") was enforced in May 2023. In the "Guide to Development Permits based on the City Planning Act" and the "Guide to Ordinance on Adjustment of Yokohama City Development Projects, etc. ".
In revising this standard, we carry out open call for opinions from January 16, 2023 to February 15, 2023 based on the Public Opinion Procedure Implementation Guidelines pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations.
