Partial revision of development permission standards, etc. (2024.4.1)

　"Guidelines for Open Spaces for Public Use" and "Guidelines for Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Projects" published in the "Guide to Development Permit by the City Planning Act" Technical Standards We will partially revise the "List of attached books" and "Reviewing and inspection of documents related to development project" for the purpose of further clarifying the examination standards based on recent application status.
　In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from January 10, 2024 to February 9, 2024 based on opinion open call for participants procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to Yokohama City regulations.
