About "Yokohama-shi development examination committee suggestion standard" published in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act", based on purpose of law and the recent permission application situation, for the purpose of further clarification of examination standard , Will be revised as follows.
In revising this standard, we conducted public opinion solicitations from December 17, 2021 to January 17, 2022, based on the Guidelines for Public Opinion Procedures pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations.
