Partial Revision of the Development Permit Standards (2020.4.1)

(1) We publish in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act", "Standards for Permission of Location Yokohama City Development Examination Committee Proposal Standard", "Interpretation Standards for Definition of Development Area", "Application for Development Permit", "Documents required for preparation of a certificate of inspection of development permit", "Standards for vacant lots to be used for public use" and "Standards for drainage facilities", the purpose of the law.
(2) About "change of construction" published in "guide of residential land development", we revised as follows based on purpose of law.
(3)About "standard of consent" published in "guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revised as follows to cope with revision of related laws and ordinances based on purpose of law.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 11, 2019 to January 10, 2020, based on the Public Opinion Procedures Implementation Guidelines pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations, etc.
