(1) "Standards for Permission for Location Yokohama City Development Examination Committee Proposal Standards", "Standards for Definition of Development Area", "Standards for Definition of Development Area", "Application for Development Permit to Notification of Completion", "Procedures for Development Permit", "Documents necessary for Issuance of Inspection Certificate of Development Permit", "Standards for Open Space for Public Use" and "Revision of Drainage Revision of Drainage Facilities" as follows:
(2) About "change of construction" published in "guide of residential land development", we revised as follows based on purpose of law.
(3)About "standard of consent" published in "guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revised as follows to cope with revision of related laws and ordinances based on purpose of law .

In revising this standard, public opinion solicitation was conducted from December 11, 2019 to January 10, 2020, based on the outline of the public opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc., and revised.
