Partial Revision of the Development Permit Standards (2019.4.1)

(1)　About "standard about open space to offer for public use", "standard about site, block", "standard about site, block", "standard of permission of location" and "application style" published in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act" Has been revised as follows based on the purpose of the law.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 7, 2018 to January 7, 2019 based on the Public Opinion Procedures Implementation Guidelines pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations, etc.
