Partial revision of the Development Permit Standards, etc. (Part 2) (2020.4.1)

(1) "Handling pertaining to building of building to offer for agriculture or building to offer for use of agriculture or building to offer for residence of person running agriculture" published in "guide of development permission by the City Planning Act", "Article 33 of the City Planning Act" About area prescribed in Article 1, item 8 "and" standard about area prescribed in Article 33 Clause 1, Item 8 of the Act" as follows based on purpose of law.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 20, 2019 to January 20, 2020, based on the Public Opinion Procedures Implementation Guidelines pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations.
