Partial Revisions to the Development Permit Standards (2022.4.1)

(1) Based on the "Guide to Development Permit by the City Planning Act", "General Rules", "Standards for Areas prescribed in Article 33, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Act", "Standards for drainage facilities", "Standards for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Credit" and "Procedure from application for development permit to public notice of completion" in recent years, and "Requirements from application for Requirements from application for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Public Interest Facilities", "Requirements from application for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Requirements from application for Public Interest Facilities", "Standards for Credit" and Requirements for Requirements for Requirements for Reliability

(2) About "standard about Yu Suichi" published in "guide of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", based on purpose of the regulations and the recent operation situation, for the purpose of further clarification of examination standard, It will be revised as follows.

In revising this standard, we have conducted public opinion solicitations from January 14, 2022 to February 15, 2022, based on the guidelines for conducting public opinion solicitation procedures pertaining to Yokohama City Regulations.
